Scrum Master

Role Overview

Spait Infotech is hiring a Scrum Master in the United Kingdom for an on-site full-time role. The position is centered on supporting Agile delivery, keeping ceremonies on track, and helping the team work effectively toward sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and support core Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Scrum practices and broader Agile ways of working.
• Identify obstacles, follow through on blockers, and help the team clear impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners to organize, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor sprint execution and help ensure work is delivered on schedule.
• Encourage ongoing improvement and build a healthy, collaborative team culture.
• Share project updates, delivery risks, and relevant status information with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Solid working knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Strong verbal and written communication, along with facilitation capability.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams.
