Role Summary

Close coordination with ticketing, operations, and customer support teams is part of the job to help ensure clients receive a smooth travel experience from inquiry through completion.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have strong selling and customer service abilities, with the confidence to identify client needs, present appropriate travel solutions, and close sales effectively. Familiarity with travel industry basics such as airlines, hotel choices, visa requirements, and common routes is important, and prior experience in travel or tourism is preferred.
Good English communication skills are required. Bangla and Arabic are useful advantages because the role involves serving a varied customer base. Candidates should also be organized, manage time well, handle several bookings at once, keep records accurate, and work toward targets under pressure.
