Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and qualify new enterprise opportunities in Abu Dhabi with a focus on ELV and security projects.
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and contractors to support long-term business growth.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions across CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, public address, BMS, and related systems.
  • Create and implement sales plans that support quota achievement and revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender responses that are technically sound and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor moves, and industry developments to position offerings effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, pre-sales, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain sales forecasts, and update customer records in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive sales experience in ELV and security systems within the UAE, preferably with strong exposure to Abu Dhabi.
  • Solid understanding of ELV and security technologies and solution sets.
  • Experience working with government, semi-government, and large private-sector clients in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Compensation

The monthly salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000, inclusive of benefits, and will depend on experience and qualifications.
