This is an on-roll sales role based in Lucknow, focused on building and managing a team while driving business through advisors. The position is with Supro Consulting.

Core Duties

• Build and recruit a team for the sales function.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day motivation to team members.
• Support the team in selling products in the market.
• Generate sales by working through advisors on behalf of the company.
• Handle team management and supervise team performance.

Compensation
