Role Overview

This role focuses on supporting the sales process by engaging prospects, filtering leads, arranging meetings, and keeping customer records updated. The position requires consistent follow-up, polished communication, and professional representation of the company in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and messaging channels.
• Assess leads and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Update CRM records accurately and stay on top of daily follow-up tasks.
• Present the company in a professional manner during all client communications.
