About the role
Join a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup that is working to shape the future of a large industry. This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up rather than stepping into a finished setup. The company is bringing AI into the skilled trades market and is looking for someone who can make sure the right businesses discover the product.
Your core mission is to create a dependable outbound pipeline: you will approach suitable trades businesses, spark interest, and assess whether they are a strong fit for Ole. By doing so, you will turn first contacts into qualified meetings and demos across digital channels, phone outreach, and events.
Responsibilities
- Research target customers in the skilled trades sector and identify the right decision-makers or contacts.
- Help build new sales pipelines, test outreach approaches and channels, and turn the learnings into repeatable sales processes.
- Qualify leads and determine which prospects are likely to benefit most from Ole.
- Reach out to businesses proactively and clearly communicate the value of the solution.
- Book qualified demo appointments and prepare them thoroughly.
- Keep CRM records accurate and complete, and provide reliable data for forecasting and prioritization.
- Share structured market feedback, including common objections, recurring use cases, and messaging that resonates.
Requirements
- Initial experience in sales, preferably in a small or medium-sized business environment.
- A strong drive to deliver results and take ownership.
- Interest in using new technologies within the sales process.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and not hesitant to pick up the phone.
- Structured thinking and the ability to work independently.
- Strong team spirit combined with high performance standards.
- Ability to understand both technology and the language of the skilled trades.
- Nice to have: experience in the skilled trades or exposure to that sector.
