Their customers are fast-growing SaaS teams that want to scale without draining engineering resources. Maesn is an international, ambitious team in a strong growth phase and is looking for someone who goes beyond a traditional SDR profile and acts as a true pipeline builder with a strong sense of ownership.
Role overview
In this position, you will be the driving force behind revenue pipeline generation. The focus is not on simply collecting leads, but on building qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will identify, reach out to, and qualify the most relevant SaaS and tech accounts across Europe, then hand them over in a strong position to Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Research and target relevant SaaS accounts independently
- Use cold calling as a core channel for outreach
- Run multi-channel prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Own and grow your outbound pipeline end to end
- Qualify prospects carefully and pass them on to Account Executives in a clean manner
- Maintain and develop account awareness and timing over time
- Work with modern SaaS go-to-market tools such as CRM, sequencing, and outreach platforms
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS outbound sales
- Confidence in running cold calls effectively, not just making them
- Strong resilience and a positive response to rejection
- Structured working style with flexibility in conversations
- Genuine interest in tech, SaaS, and complex B2B software products
- Willingness to take ownership rather than only completing tasks
- High motivation for performance and results
