Role Overview
This position is responsible for confirming that outbound customer orders are complete and accurate before they leave the warehouse, and for checking incoming route trucks when they return. The role involves finding and recording discrepancies, coordinating corrections, and making sure all order and truck check-in details are finalized properly.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect assembled customer pallets to confirm they are stacked correctly, stabilized, and safe for transport, and compare pick tickets against the product type and quantity on each order.
- Work with warehouse teammates to fix any errors found on outbound orders before pallets are loaded for delivery.
- Review returning route delivery trucks to make sure they are ready for the check-in process and perform blind counts to verify reported quantities.
- Partner with route drivers to resolve issues found on return and update the final load-in details before the truck check-in is completed.
- Record order changes, shortages, additions, missing picks, pallet type adjustments, extra pallets, and out-of-stock items on the correct reports, including load bay diagrams and pick tickets.
- Track all returned product and deposit items, classifying them properly as out-of-date, damaged, good, or pallets.
- Keep the work area and warehouse clean and safe, and support other duties such as pallet building when requested by management.

- Ability to stay productive in a fast-moving warehouse setting
- Comfort with frequent walking and repeated lifting of up to 30 lbs
- Capability to lift up to 75 lbs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Up to 12 months of related work experience is needed.
- Prior PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience is preferred.
- Pallet jack certification is preferred.
Work Environment
The role is based in a noisy warehouse that is not temperature controlled, so conditions may be hot in summer and cold in winter.
