Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and hiring managers
  • Review resumes and applications as part of the screening process
  • Act as the main contact for candidates by answering questions, sharing updates, and supporting a positive experience
  • Represent the company professionally on the phone and at recruiting events
  • Support hiring managers with posting requisitions, setting pay ranges, and updating candidate status
  • Manage onboarding tasks for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9 completion

  • Prepare recruiting reports, compile data, and analyze trends for leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar hiring support position
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Background in providing a strong candidate or customer experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
  • Strong troubleshooting and adaptability in a fast-moving work environment
