Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site recruiter position in Dubai. The role focuses on managing hiring from start to finish, from finding suitable candidates to supporting final selection and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and operations teams to make sure workforce needs are met on time for different transportation and hospitality service functions.
Key Duties
- Source and attract suitable candidates through different hiring channels.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified applicants.
- Conduct interviews and help evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
- Coordinate hiring discussions and decisions with managers.
- Build and maintain active talent pools for current and future vacancies.
- Create and publish job advertisements as needed.
- Arrange recruitment drives, hiring events, and other talent-sourcing activities.
- Support a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer documentation and assist with onboarding tasks.
- Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
- Follow company procedures and applicable UAE employment regulations.
- Work with HR and operations to forecast staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, hiring platforms, and basic HR documentation or reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with candidates, managers, and external contacts.
- Good organization and time management to handle multiple openings and deadlines effectively.
- An advantage will be given to candidates who understand staffing needs in hospitality, transportation, or other service-based industries.
- Awareness of UAE labor rules and standard recruitment practices, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and contribute effectively in a diverse team environment.
- A professional, service-oriented approach is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred, though relevant experience may be accepted instead.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of other commonly used regional languages is a plus.
