About the role
Jim Coleman Toyota is seeking a personable and detail-oriented receptionist to support its Bethesda dealership. Jim Coleman Automotive is a family-run business in its third generation, established in 1968, with a long history of serving and selling vehicles in the Washington metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. The team is looking for someone who brings a strong service mindset and can help maintain the dealership’s high standard of customer care.
What you will do
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the right person or department.
- Welcome visitors and handle front-desk interactions in a professional, friendly manner.
- Provide helpful service to customers both in person and over the phone.
- Support teammates with customer service tasks as needed.
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every client.
- Handle some cashier-related duties.

Schedule and location

Experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
