Role overview

Join a delivery-focused technology team where you will work on building and improving web applications, validating solutions, and supporting client-facing engineering work. The role centers on React JS development along with related JavaScript and UI technologies.

Core skills and technical focus

Hands-on work with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Exposure to reactive programming concepts, especially RxJS and Node.js.
Working knowledge of UI markup and styling technologies such as CSS and HTML.
Familiarity with AngularJS and the broader Angular ecosystem is considered useful.

Key responsibilities

Study business needs and translate them into system behavior and feature expectations.
Review design approaches, evaluate architecture, and help ensure the solution is built to a high standard.
Support estimates, technical planning, and risk assessment during delivery.
Review code and unit test plans, and help maintain code quality across the team.
Guide teammates toward efficient, reliable implementations while following internal processes and engineering standards.
Work with client stakeholders on assurance, issue handling, and maintaining strong service outcomes.

Professional expectations

Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
Understanding of common software design patterns, architecture approaches, and development workflows.
Experience with automated testing platforms and unit testing practices.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed or remote teams.
Willingness to travel when required.

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India, with a remote work arrangement.
