QSR Representative, Full or Part Time

Role Overview

This position is for a restaurant team member at Store 2727075Q, located at 1881 Calhoun Hwy NE, Rome, Georgia 30161. The role is available with flexible scheduling and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver quick, friendly, and professional service to guests.
• Keep the restaurant tidy by handling cleaning and routine housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve food in line with brand standards, company policies, and health department rules.
• Help ensure food quality, safe handling practices, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain accurate records for cash handling, sales, and inventory.
• Follow all applicable government regulations and safety requirements.
• Document incidents promptly in line with the company’s 5-minute rule policy.
• Work in alignment with the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win.

• Capacity to reach overhead, grasp, and manipulate items throughout the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from the floor to overhead.
