This position is for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing AI and intelligence technology business at an important stage in its expansion. The role is newly created and is intended to be the first dedicated product leadership hire, with responsibility for setting direction rather than simply executing an existing plan.

You will work on mission-critical platforms used by government and enterprise clients around the world, focusing on advanced intelligence, large-scale data, and investigative workflows. The role carries direct exposure to senior leadership and offers the chance to influence investment decisions, product strategy, and the overall build-out of the product function.

Location is remote, with a preference for GST working hours. Travel to Abu Dhabi will be required as needed, and there may be occasional international travel. The compensation is described as an exceptional package aligned with the strategic importance of the role.

Demonstrated ability to present ideas convincingly to senior stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience setting product strategy and roadmap priorities in fast-scaling or technically demanding businesses.

Work arrangement

The position is remote, ideally aligned to GST working hours. Travel to Abu Dhabi will be needed from time to time, and there may also be occasional international travel.
