- Assess contract deliverables, change requests, variations, and claims to confirm they match the agreed terms.
- Make sure commercial and contractual obligations stay aligned with the needs of the project, the organization, and the client.
- Act as the main point of contact between vendors, engineering teams, procurement, and client stakeholders when commercial or contractual matters need to be resolved.
- Support audits, supplier performance reviews, and final contract close-out activities.
- Track key milestones, schedules, and financial commitments so delivery remains on time and reporting stays accurate.
- Spot potential risks early and help develop actions to reduce issues related to vendor performance and contract compliance.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or another relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience in contract management on EPC or EPCM projects.
- Strong exposure to OEM and equipment supply contracts; experience with technology provider vendors or similar suppliers is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of FIDIC or comparable contract structures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Sharp analytical skills and careful attention to commercial and contractual details.
Benefits and support
- Medical insurance that covers specialist treatment for the employee and eligible family members living in the country, including pre-existing conditions, subject to local KSA CCHI rules.
- No cap on the number of covered children, although age and coverage limits still apply in line with KSA regulations.
- Optional upgraded medical coverage available at the employee’s cost.
- Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support with personal or work-related concerns affecting mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.
- GOSI social insurance contributions for eligible KSA employees, paid by the company according to government requirements.
- End-of-service gratuity provided under KSA Labour Law.
- Fully paid examination leave, subject to company approval, for an unrepeated year exam when enrolled in or continuing at an educational institute; the leave must be requested at least 15 days before the exam.
- One reimbursable professional membership, registration, subscription, certification, or license per year, provided it is relevant to the role or part of a development plan.
- Inspire Awards recognition programme for colleagues who demonstrate outstanding contribution, innovation, and commitment.
- Long Service Award recognition at 5-year service milestones.
- Career development support with goal setting, feedback, coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning resources.
