Role overview

GyanSys Inc. is hiring a PDF secureWISE Consultant for its Singapore location. This role is focused on secure file transfer platforms and network security, with responsibility for supporting a secure and highly available infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

The selected professional will work with PDF secureWISE or a similar secure file transfer/security solution. The role involves implementation, setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of the platform.

You will also handle network security tasks with practical experience in VPN technologies, firewall management, and secure connectivity across the network.

Daily work is expected to include dealing with IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, and core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

Experience with enterprise security products such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point, or Juniper is also important, especially for policy administration and VPN issue resolution.

The position requires strong problem-solving ability, incident handling, security monitoring, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to operate in ITIL and Agile environments.

Experience and notice period

Applicants should have 4 to 10 years of relevant experience. Only candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days should apply.
