Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Overview

This is a full-time Oracle HCM techno-functional consulting role based out of Kochi, Kerala, with remote work flexibility. The position calls for an experienced professional who can handle both business-side understanding and technical delivery across Oracle HCM Cloud.

Experience and Compensation

The role requires more than 7 years of relevant experience. The budget for this opportunity is ₹30–35 LPA.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring deep Oracle HCM Cloud experience and be confident working across multiple functional areas. Strong exposure to at least 2–3 of the following modules is needed: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, OTL, Benefits, or ORC. Practical knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, REST APIs, Redwood, VBS, and OIC is also expected.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be expected to translate business needs into workable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, configure modules, and support report and integration development. The role also includes troubleshooting, workflow management, technical customization, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully from start to finish.
