Role overview
VCA is hiring an Operations & Travel Coordinator to strengthen its expanding team in Dubai. This position is focused on keeping multi-project and multi-location work running smoothly by handling travel coordination, administrative support, supplier follow-up, and internal process management.
What you will do
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, local transfers, and daily allowances.
- Monitor travel spending and keep records accurate and organized.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Maintain oversight of contracts, invoices, and operational files.
- Keep internal tracking sheets updated with current information.
- Support logistics for events and wider business activities.
- Help improve and roll out internal operational processes.
What the role requires
- Hands-on background in operations, administration, travel coordination, or project support.
- Strong planning ability with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Able to perform well in a busy international work setting.
- Strong command of English.
