Role Overview

In this position, you will carry out everyday maintenance activities inside a semiconductor cleanroom and support the customer through systematic fault detection and diagnosis during production. The role places strong emphasis on safety, quality, and working to standard operating procedures. Your contribution will help keep the facility running efficiently while you build experience in a highly specialized technical environment.

Work Schedule

This role follows a compressed work week on a four-shift rotation, with 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive maintenance as well as corrective repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment when issues arise.
Work on electrical and mechanical assemblies, subsystems, and related equipment.
Document root cause analysis, troubleshooting outcomes, data entries, and corrective measures tied to equipment or system failures.
Record failure patterns accurately while following detailed instructions and established procedures.
Maintain cleanroom discipline and follow company protocols at all times.
Ensure safety and quality requirements remain fully upheld.
Perform quality inspections according to process specifications.
Use Microsoft Office and internal systems as needed for day-to-day work.

What We Are Looking For

An electrically and mechanically capable person with a practical maintenance mindset.
At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Role Requirements

A technical qualification at NFQ Level 6 or above, or equivalent industrial experience.
At least 2 years of experience as an equipment maintenance technician handling installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and electrical measuring instruments.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom setting, including wearing a gown and required personal protective equipment.
Full compliance with safety rules, protocols, and regulations.

Physical Demands

The role requires good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, stoop, walk, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift, excluding break time.
