Lighting Estimation Personnel

Role Overview

Insight Lightings is looking for a Lighting Estimation Personnel to join its Estimation department in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on analyzing architectural and electrical drawings, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting project quotations for lighting-related work.

Core Responsibilities

• Review architectural and electrical drawings carefully to assess project requirements and prepare accurate inquiry estimates.
• Draft scope of work documents, bill of quantities (BOQ), and project quotations based on client specifications.
• Work out project costs and compile clear cost summaries.
• Develop pricing approaches that remain competitive while being delivered on time.
• Prepare creative lighting design proposals aligned with project needs.

Experience Required

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.

Skills Needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with RELUX, Dialux, or other lighting design software
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Solid numerical ability
• Good analytical thinking
