This contract opportunity is for a Learning Specialist supporting a client-focused education initiative. The position is fully remote and open to candidates working from anywhere. The assignment centers on building and delivering training programs for a global workforce, with close coordination across teams to keep learning content aligned with business objectives.

Compensation

The pay rate for this role is $20 to $40 per hour.

Key responsibilities

Create new training content and refresh existing learning materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead training sessions online and, when required, in person for employees and external partners.
Measure the impact of training using learner feedback and performance data.
Work alongside subject matter experts to produce accurate, practical, and engaging learning resources.
Track training attendance, completion, and certification records.

Required background and skills

A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a closely related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in corporate learning, training, or education content development.
Hands-on experience with learning management systems and content authoring tools.
Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way.
Experience adapting learning materials for varied learning preferences and different technical skill levels.
