About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative support staff member for the new, air-conditioned company nursery “Kita Am Schlossplatz” in a central inner-city location in Münster. In this position, you help create space for the early childhood educators so they can focus more directly on the children and on educational activities.

Your responsibilities

• Support the care and development of children, including in English when needed
• Assist with implementing the open pedagogy approach and activities that bring together children from different groups

• Ability to work cooperatively and in a respectful, partner-like way with colleagues
