Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Junior Recruiter with a performance-linked pay structure of up to 10k. The position is suitable for an immediate joiner and calls for at least 6 months of recruiter experience.
What you will do
- Support the full hiring cycle from sourcing to initial candidate engagement.
- Find potential candidates through online channels and job platforms.
- Review applications and shortlist profiles by checking resumes carefully.
- Conduct first-round screening calls or video interviews.
- Arrange interview timings and keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.
- Maintain candidate information, trackers, and recruitment records accurately.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and share feedback in a timely manner.
- Help create a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring journey.
- Work alongside senior recruiters and follow the team’s hiring workflow.
- Suggest practical ways to improve sourcing and selection methods.
Requirements
- Comfort with core recruitment tasks such as sourcing, resume screening, and introductory interviews.
- Strong written and spoken communication, along with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Good organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several open requirements at the same time.
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job portals, social platforms, spreadsheets, or basic applicant tracking systems.
- Self-driven, target-focused approach suited to an independent remote work environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is advantageous.
- Prior internship or early-career experience in recruitment or customer-facing work is considered a plus.
Compensation and additional details
The compensation is target-based and can go up to 10k. The role is remote, and the employer is looking for someone who can join immediately.
