Role overview
A UK-based organisation is looking for a Junior Admin Assistant to work part-time from home. This position suits someone at the beginning of their administrative career who wants to build experience in a well-structured and supportive setting.
Working arrangement

Compensation
The pay range is £10 to £13 per hour, which is roughly £19,500 to £25,350 per year based on a 37.5-hour week.
What you will do
You will help with everyday administrative activity, including handling data, keeping files in order, drafting routine correspondence, and supporting senior administrative staff.
Key duties
- Enter information accurately and keep documents properly filed
- Assist senior administrators with routine office tasks
- Handle basic email communication and direct enquiries appropriately
- Keep digital and paper records organised and up to date
- Prepare letters, documents, and standard reports when needed
- Support coordination across the team using remote collaboration tools
- Work in line with established administrative procedures
What the employer is looking for
