About the Role
This opportunity is with a major German IT services organization that employs more than 1,500 people across multiple sites. The company emphasizes a contemporary, family-oriented workplace and offers varied, challenging work.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee training for apprentices, career changers, and interns.
- Create, improve, and maintain training plans as well as placement schedules.
- Make sure all training activities align with legal requirements, curriculum expectations, and internal company standards.
- Support the onboarding and exit process for trainees.
- Guide trainees both technically and personally in their day-to-day tasks.
- Contribute directly to IT operations and support for client infrastructure.
What You’ll Need
- A completed IT-related education or a comparable qualification.
- Solid technical knowledge in IT and familiarity with the industry.
- Multiple years of experience working in an IT environment.
- Some prior exposure to technical and/or people management responsibilities.
- AEVO trainer certification, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Strong commercial and economic awareness.
- Very good written and spoken German.
