Role Purpose

The IT Support Officer will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. The position covers support for hardware, software, networks, user access, and general end-user troubleshooting, while also contributing to IT security, system uptime, asset management, and continuity planning.
