Role overview

We are looking for an entry-level IT Support Officer who is comfortable with technology and enjoys helping people solve technical issues. In this position, you will support day-to-day IT operations, keep systems running smoothly, and help create a dependable digital work environment.

What you will do

Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and broader system problems.
Handle incoming user support requests and work through technical issues in an efficient way.
Install, set up, and maintain devices as well as software applications.
Support user accounts, permissions, and access management tasks.
Record support work and keep logs and documentation accurate and up to date.
Help monitor systems and carry out routine operational support activities.
Work with internal teams to improve IT services and the overall user experience.
Contribute ideas and support efforts aimed at improving processes and technology use.

A basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking principles.
Good troubleshooting ability, with strong attention to detail.
