Overview

Assets Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager who can handle a broad range of hardware and software issues, support employees with practical technology solutions, and keep the organization aligned with current technology trends. The role also involves coordinating with external software vendors to introduce new tools and make the best use of existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee company technologies and provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple systems.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, offering hands-on technical assistance when needed.
• Manage data protection, network access, and backup processes.
• Work with third-party software vendors to discuss new applications, resolve issues, and coordinate support.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar IT role.
• Background in information technology with the ability to resolve both software and hardware challenges.
• Excellent communication and technical problem-solving abilities.
