Role overview
We are seeking an iOS developer with strong technical ability to support AI training work. You will join a large coding community focused on improving AI systems through practical programming tasks, problem-solving, and code evaluation.
The work involves collaborating with advanced AI models to create and solve programming challenges, build polished applications with useful functionality, and turn data into clear insights through analysis and visualization. Your contributions help improve systems that learn and adapt over time.
This opportunity can suit people who want to combine it with another full-time role as well as those who prefer to make it their main work, depending on their availability and preferred project load.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that functions as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and solve a range of coding challenges that help train AI systems, with a focus on Android development.
- Produce clean code examples along with thorough, easy-to-follow explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI model outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Kotlin.
- Working knowledge of at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
- Excellent written communication and grammar.
- Bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- Prior background as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
Contract terms and payment
This role is an independent contractor arrangement. Payment is sent through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay money to participate.
Availability and location
The opportunity is open only to applicants based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not see assessments or available work on the platform.
Compensation
Projects are paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $50 to $100+ per hour. Some assignments may pay more depending on the project.
Work style
You can choose the projects you take on and decide when to work. The role is designed for flexible scheduling, and you can complete tasks on your own computer from home.
