HSE Officer

Role Overview

The HSE Officer will be responsible for putting Innovo Infrastructure’s health, safety, and environmental standards into practice at project locations. The position focuses on protecting workers, meeting legal obligations, and safeguarding company and project assets.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out routine inspections at site and spot potential safety risks or hazards.
• Make sure personal protective equipment is used correctly and that safe work methods are followed.
• Provide safety induction sessions and toolbox talks to workers and site teams.
• Keep accurate HSE documentation, including reports for incidents and near misses.
• Take part in accident reviews and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with site management to introduce and follow through on safety improvements.
• Ensure all activities align with legal, statutory, and company safety requirements.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• A NEBOSH qualification or an equivalent safety certification is required.
• Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of HSE experience in infrastructure or construction environments.
• Working knowledge of UAE safety rules and compliance standards is necessary.
• Strong communication abilities and a sharp eye for identifying risks are important.
