Role overview
This position combines human resources, office administration, and executive support to keep everyday workplace operations running efficiently. The person in this role will help coordinate HR processes, manage office resources and vendors, and support senior leaders with travel and administrative tasks.
HR administration
- Assist with HR processes such as joining formalities, exit procedures, recruitment coordination, employee file maintenance, HR system updates, and preparation of HR paperwork.
- Help manage employee claims, training coordination, staff engagement activities, and other HR-related initiatives.
Office and facilities administration
- Oversee routine office administration, including supplies, building and facilities matters, maintenance issues, vendor coordination, and office equipment support.
- Liaise with external vendors, landlords, IT service providers, and courier partners as needed.
- Support visitor handling, meeting room bookings, company event coordination, and broader office logistics.
Executive support
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, COO, and other senior leaders, including arranging travel and processing expense claims.
- Manage sensitive information carefully and complete other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Prior exposure to HR work, office administration, or executive support is preferred.
- Strong organisational ability, clear communication, and good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling several priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.
