Role Overview

This position is for a courteous, guest-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join the Front Office team. You will be the first person guests and residents interact with, helping create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping front desk operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents in a professional, friendly manner
• Manage check-in and check-out processes and respond to guest questions
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages without delay
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth operations
• Support reservation handling, payment processing, and routine administrative work
• Maintain consistently high standards of presentation and service

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or front office roles is preferred
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-first approach
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiarity with property management systems is considered an advantage
