Key Duties

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Carry out treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Record and track client progress through accurate data collection.
• Work closely with families and fellow team members to support positive outcomes.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging therapy environment.

Pay and Schedule

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
