• Spot new market possibilities by carrying out research, studying competitors, and building professional connections.
• Review financial information to support better allocation of resources and sound business decisions.

Candidate Profile

• You should bring 4 to 8 years of experience in a leadership position in the FMCG industry.
• A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets, sharpening operational efficiency, and improving customer experience is important.
• Solid knowledge of business development practices, including market research and competitor evaluation, is expected.
• You need strong leadership ability and the capability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
