Overview
Lodos Corporation LLC is a Dubai consultancy focused on business operations, recruitment, and strategic expansion. The company is hiring for a newly opened luxury hair restoration and regenerative aesthetics clinic in Downtown Dubai, known as S'Clinic. This is a chance to become part of a premium healthcare brand at the launch stage and help shape one of Dubai's leading destinations for non-surgical hair restoration and regenerative treatments.
S'Clinic is a high-end hair restoration and regenerative aesthetics clinic committed to excellent outcomes and a refined client journey. The business is looking for a full-time Front Desk Executive / Client Concierge who is personable, service-oriented, and able to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.
Core responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide support throughout the clinic's operating hours.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage any schedule changes.
- Respond to telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and other client questions.
- Support patient registration and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
- Help prepare treatment rooms and keep the clinic organised.
- Handle payment collection and keep records up to date.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas reflect luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist with follow-up communication and ongoing client engagement.
Candidate requirements
- Prior experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Clear commitment to excellent customer service.
- Professional appearance and a polished manner.
- Well-developed organisation skills and close attention to detail.
- Comfort using booking platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred background
- Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or medical clinic environment.
- Ability to speak Arabic and/or Russian.
- Exposure to CRM systems or patient management software.
