About the Company
Voluxis is an established private aviation business focused on charter services and aircraft management. It operates under a worldwide Air Operators Certificate (AOC) and supports a growing fleet of high-performance private jets. The company has offices in Farnborough, San Marino, Dubai, Singapore, and Malta, and its services cover private jet charter, aircraft management, as well as aircraft sales and acquisitions.
Role Overview
Voluxis is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Flight Attendant to support its private jet operations in Dubai. The role centers on delivering a safe, polished, and highly personalized onboard experience for clients while maintaining exceptional standards of discretion, cabin readiness, and service quality.
Key Duties
- Deliver tailored, high-end service that anticipates client needs and reflects exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and composed presence at all times.
- Keep cabin stock organized and ensure the aircraft is prepared for last-minute charters.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented cabin environment.
- Follow company procedures, safety expectations, and applicable regulations consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of corporate aviation experience.
- Prior experience in menu planning and arranging catering.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; further hospitality-related training or education is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence to handle unforeseen situations creatively and independently when needed.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Good problem-solving capability.
- Willingness to work irregular schedules at short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Certifications
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
