Role Summary

This is a full-time remote Finance Manager position. The role is responsible for keeping core finance operations running smoothly, including planning, forecasting, cash management, and monthly closing activities. It also involves producing financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards that help leadership make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements, management reporting packs, and KPI dashboards for leadership review.
• Work with teams across the business on pricing, cost analysis, contract evaluation, and resource planning.
• Support growth initiatives by providing financial input and decision-ready analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and help ensure financial processes remain sound and consistent.
• Manage vendor invoicing and customer billing workflows.
• Assist with audits and tax-related filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements and finance system upgrades as the company expands.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance review, and cash flow management. A solid grounding in accounting principles, monthly close routines, financial reporting, and internal controls is also important.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and finance software is expected, along with familiarity with accounting platforms and reporting or BI tools. The role also requires the ability to collaborate with non-finance teams and convert financial findings into practical recommendations.

Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, retail, or data/analytics setting is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is required, and credentials such as CPA or CFA are considered an advantage. Strong analytical ability, careful attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a process-improvement mindset are essential. Because the team is distributed, excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working remotely are important.
