Role Overview
WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Field Executive to support day-to-day field activities in Hisar. This position suits someone with a logistics or field-operations background, hands-on experience in on-ground coordination, and the ability to manage manpower effectively.
Compensation
The role offers a CTC of ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 along with a fuel allowance calculated at 40 km per litre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee routine field operations and keep activities running smoothly.
- Supervise and manage on-ground workforce.
- Work closely with government officials, ward councillors, and other local authorities.
- Respond to citizen concerns and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
- Support the efficient execution of operational tasks in the field.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in field operations or logistics-related work.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing teams directly.
