Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh calls for an Executive Secretary to support senior leaders with a wide range of administrative and coordination duties. The role centers on calendar handling, meeting and travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, document preparation, correspondence management, and confidential record keeping. It also involves receiving and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the right teams, following up on matters promptly, and helping organize meetings, events, agendas, and minutes. In addition, the position supports company secretarial responsibilities and works closely with both internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Strong administrative support abilities, including document handling, filing, data entry, and records control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional approach to assisting patients, visitors, and employees.
- Background in executive assistance and company secretarial work, including calendar coordination, meeting support, and confidential correspondence.
- Confident use of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus familiarity with office and communication systems.
- Well-developed organization and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
- Must be able to safeguard information, use good judgment, and perform effectively in a busy hospital setting under pressure.
- Prior experience in an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role is expected; experience in healthcare or hospitals will be an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline is preferred, and additional certifications are considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
