Role Overview
This position acts as the company’s key interface with government bodies at the local and regional level. The role is centered on building productive ties with officials and agencies, supporting compliance obligations, and helping advance the organization’s strategic and operational interests.
Crewing Support
- Handle daily arrangements for Aramco IDs for shore personnel, offshore crew, and third-party contractors through the Aramco ID offices.
- Process daily Cost Guard and Zawil Pass requests, including Saudi government port entry access, for shore staff, offshore crew, and outside contractors.
- Represent the company while coordinating with Aramco offices and port authorities to resolve operational and administrative matters.
Base Office Support
- Support vehicle accident cases by completing the required government steps for insurance-related claims.
- Arrange Aramco vehicle stickers for the Safaniyah office fleet as well as for third-party contractor vehicles.
- Coordinate hospital support for onshore and offshore crew, including follow-up and related assistance.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with government officials, agencies, and other relevant authorities to help meet company goals.
- Manage visa-related work such as Iqama renewals, cancellations, exit/re-entry permits, and other employee documentation.
- Track the renewal of licenses, permits, and registrations, including MISA, municipality, Civil Defence, and related approvals.
- Support compliance with government rules and regulations by liaising with internal teams and handling official correspondence.
- Attend government offices and act on behalf of the company whenever required.
- Provide operational support to the Operations, Technical, and Crewing teams as needed.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree is preferred.
- Previous exposure to public affairs, legislative work, or regulatory matters is desirable.
- Strong client and government relationship management skills, familiarity with government systems and procedures, and good time management are important.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
