Role overview

What the role involves
- Keeping the Co-Founder’s calendar organized and ensuring they are updated on upcoming meetings, commitments, and priorities.
- Coordinating intricate travel plans, detailed itineraries, agendas, and the documents needed for business travel.
- Following internal procedures for travel, expenses, and approval workflows, including coordination with Compliance when sign-off is needed.
- Handling issues proactively, using sound judgment when priorities conflict, and driving tasks and projects through to completion within tight deadlines.
- Planning and supporting team events, social gatherings, and outings.

Requirements
- A college degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services.
- Excellent organizational ability with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective internal relationships.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Experience working in a global organization and coordinating with stakeholders across regions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
