Role Overview
A contracting company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Estimator for road construction and infrastructure works. The role is based in Sharjah and is focused on pricing and tender support for road-related projects.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree or a closely related qualification, along with hands-on experience in estimating for road construction and infrastructure projects. Prior exposure to Dubai, Sharjah, and RTA assignments is essential. Experience with UAE contracting firms is also required.
Technical Knowledge Needed
The role calls for practical understanding of road works, asphalt, signage systems, steel structures, and urban infrastructure. Candidates should also be able to interpret engineering drawings, bills of quantities, and tender packages accurately.
Location
This position is located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
