Engineer - Execution - Site (Civil)

Role Overview

The Site Execution Engineer for civil works will manage routine construction activities on location, making sure the work advances according to the approved drawings, design intent, schedule, quality expectations, and safety rules. The position requires close coordination with site staff, subcontractors, and related technical teams to keep execution on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned civil construction tasks such as earthwork, substructure, superstructure, and finishing activities in line with approved plans and technical specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and labour teams to ensure work is completed on time and meets required quality standards.
• Track site progress each day and report delays, risks, or execution challenges to the reporting manager.
• Manage the planned use of materials, manpower, and equipment so that resources are available when needed and used efficiently.
• Inspect civil activities including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, and plastering.
• Keep project records updated, including daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and material reconciliation documents.
• Work with QA/QC teams during inspections and with HSE teams to maintain safe working practices on site.
• Assist with bar bending schedules, joint measurements, and contractor billing support.
• Troubleshoot site-level technical issues by coordinating with design and engineering teams.
• Ensure all work follows applicable codes, client expectations, and safety requirements.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is structured as a full-time onsite position.
