Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting work for electromechanical and MEP systems in a building operations environment.
- Handle electrical wiring, electrical fault diagnosis, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC-related tasks.
- Support maintenance of industrial or building equipment and apply safe working practices throughout the job.
- Read and interpret blueprints and use hand tools effectively while performing technical repairs and installations.
Requirements
- Must hold a relevant Diploma or I.T.I. qualification.
- Background in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or allied technical disciplines is preferred.
- Candidates need to have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Prior exposure to building maintenance projects is required.
- Should be comfortable with PLC programming, HVAC systems, industrial equipment upkeep, and power system work.
- Must be an India-based candidate, as this opening is exclusively for applicants from India.
