Stefanini Group is seeking an e-Learning Content Designer for a fully remote contract opportunity. This position focuses on building, updating, and adapting digital learning experiences for internal and customer-facing audiences, with a strong emphasis on instructional quality and LMS-based delivery.

Core responsibilities

You will design and refine learning materials, tailor existing courses for specific audiences, and help manage content visibility across internal and external LMS environments. The role also includes collaborating with technical and business teams to produce interactive training content and departmental learning modules.

  • Work with the CL3 team to move courses so they are accessible only to internal employees.
  • Ensure course content, images, videos, and related materials are set to private rather than public.
  • Adapt automotive OEM courses so they fit the needs of a specific customer.
  • Coordinate review sessions with the Auto OEM group to confirm the courses are ready for customers.
  • Publish customer-facing courses and make them available only to designated external customer departments.
  • Build interactive training by topic and skill level in partnership with RTS and key industry teams.
  • Create Gardotest procedure tutorials for Focus products.
  • Develop “Meet the Team” learning modules that introduce different departments and groups.
  • Convert CL3 courses into more interactive learning experiences.
  • Develop CL3 learning content covering topics such as course creation tips, reviewer experience, Advanced Course Creator with enrollment/completion tracking, and ILC Creator.

Required experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an education-related discipline such as instructional design, education, or learning and development, or a closely related field.
  • Master's degree in a similar education-related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience using learning content development tools.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with learning management systems.
  • Experience with Absorb LMS is an advantage.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts to assess departmental training needs and build courses and curricula.
  • Working knowledge of current instructional design approaches, including eLearning and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong creativity and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
  • Willingness to learn new digital tools and skills.
  • Spanish or French language ability is preferred.
