Job Overview
Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a proactive, self-driven Front Office professional to join the team as a Doorman in Dubai. In this role, you will help create a welcoming first impression for every guest and deliver service that is warm, polished, and guest-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently courteous, friendly, and attentive service at all times.
- Welcome guests on arrival in a warm and professional manner.
- Open vehicle doors for arriving and departing guests and accompany them to the lobby.
- Manage guest car keys carefully and make sure vehicles are returned within 10 minutes of request.
- Escalate guest concerns, complaints, or operational issues to the duty manager promptly.
- Ensure smooth shift-to-shift handover so important information is passed on accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and daily happenings.
- Build and sustain positive public relations while aiming to meet or exceed guest expectations.
Education and Experience
The preferred candidate should have vocational training in hospitality and previous experience in a hotel Concierge Department is an advantage. Strong written and spoken English is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and additional language abilities are considered a plus.
