Job summary

The Dish Tech is responsible for cleaning tableware, cookware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment, while also keeping the dish area tidy, orderly, and ready for smooth operations.

Key duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and related kitchen tools.
• Maintain an organized and efficient dish room and equipment area.
• Load, operate, and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and promptly report any technical or mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety requirements while working in the dish area.

What you should be able to do

• Work comfortably in hot, wet, humid, and noisy conditions for extended periods.
• Stand for long stretches of time, including shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Lift, reach, bend, and stoop as needed for the role.
• Handle bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
