Digital content and publishing
You will handle content updates, create new pages, publish documents, and perform quality checks across websites, intranet environments, and digital engagement platforms. A key part of the job is making sure all content follows brand rules, governance requirements, usability expectations, and metadata standards, while also helping manage reviews, approvals, and version control with internal teams.
Design and creative support
This position also supports the creation and refinement of branded materials such as graphics, presentations, infographics, and templates. You will help keep visual identity consistent across outputs and assist with the preparation of reports, photography, and video production. Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Word and PowerPoint, is required.
User experience and digital improvement
You will contribute to user testing, collect feedback, review content performance, and support journey mapping and website enhancement work. The role includes monitoring digital channels for issues related to usability, accessibility, content quality, and formatting, and helping improve the overall effectiveness of the digital experience.
Analytics and reporting
Another responsibility is compiling monthly website and digital engagement metrics and preparing recurring reports and dashboards using established tools and templates. You will also look for trends, unusual patterns, and opportunities for improvement so the team can make better data-driven decisions.
Project coordination
You will help organize schedules, deliverables, meetings, and approvals for digital projects, while tracking progress and supporting workflow prioritization across ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in digital media, graphic design, web administration, or a related area. Training or certifications in web content management, accessibility, digital communications, analytics, or user experience are considered an advantage. You should have experience publishing content in a content management system, along with an intermediate understanding of digital analytics, user experience concepts, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with experience design methods such as journey mapping, design thinking, and service design is also beneficial. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office are essential, and you should be able to stay organized, handle competing priorities, meet urgent deadlines, and adjust to changing demands.
