Role Overview
This position is for a DevOps Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience, based in Hyderabad, India. The work schedule is a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift.
Key Responsibilities
The role centers on building, automating, and supporting modern DevOps and platform engineering workflows across multiple cloud environments.
- Manage Linux-based systems at a subject-matter-expert level.
- Work with Kubernetes across EKS, AKS, and GKE, including admission controllers and RBAC.
- Understand and apply OCI image fundamentals such as the layer model, digests versus tags, rootless containers, seccomp, and AppArmor.
- Use Python and Bash to automate pipelines and integrate with APIs.
- Handle Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps workflows, including branch protection, signed commits, GitHub Actions, and ADO pipelines.
- Build infrastructure as code using Terraform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Create and maintain Kubernetes manifests and pipeline definitions using YAML and JSON.
- Support Tekton pipelines, OPA/Rego policy work, and Helm chart management.
- Work with HashiCorp Vault and other secret-management practices.
- Use Harbor and Prisma as part of the platform/tooling ecosystem.
- Produce strong technical documentation for systems, workflows, and implementations.
Requirements
The role calls for 6 to 8 years of experience and deep hands-on capability across Linux, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automation, infrastructure as code, and DevOps tooling.
- Advanced Linux administration knowledge.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes on EKS, AKS, and GKE.
- Understanding of container image concepts and runtime security controls.
- Strong scripting ability in Python and Bash.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Proficiency in Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Working knowledge of YAML/JSON, Tekton, OPA/Rego, and Helm.
- Experience with secret management using Vault.
- Ability to write clear and complete technical documentation.

Candidates with a B.C.A. in any specialization, B.Sc. in any specialization, or B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization may apply.

Shift timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Stipend/salary: INR 15,00,000 to 18,00,000 per year.
