- Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
- Clean equipment and store areas on a regular basis.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers when required.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a driving record that meets company standards. A personal vehicle with insurance that can be used for deliveries is required. The job also calls for strong map-reading and navigation ability, including finding addresses in the delivery zone and managing routes that may involve stairs, multi-story buildings, and other difficult terrain.
Basic math accuracy, correct cash handling, and the ability to enter orders on a computer or touchscreen are part of the role. Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills are also needed.
Working conditions
Team members may work in a range of conditions, including hot kitchen areas, cooler temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped storage spaces, sharp tools, moving parts, and changing weather while doing outside tasks or deliveries. The job may also involve night driving and moving between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
Physical demands
This position requires standing for most tasks, short-distance walking, sitting for paperwork, and frequent bending, reaching, pushing, carrying, and climbing. Deliveries may involve carrying product up stairs, including five or more flights. Some items may weigh up to 50 pounds. Team members may also need to lift, lower, and move trays, cases, and supplies throughout the shift.
Training and growth
Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Domino’s notes that many team members have moved up from delivery roles into management, general manager, franchise owner, and corporate operations positions.
Culture
The company says it values diversity and aims to create an environment where people with different backgrounds and talents can succeed and reach their potential.
